Our Trust Signalling Technology

Google and AI tools recommend businesses they trust. Trust signalling is our system for building that trust on purpose. Reviews, citations, business details and local signals all get aligned so that everywhere a search engine looks, it finds the same consistent story about who you are, what you do and where you work.

How trust signalling works

Google says, in its Business Profile Help, that it ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence, where prominence means how well-known a business is. Search engines check your reviews, your listings, your website and your Google Business Profile, then compare what each one says.

When your name, address, phone number and services match everywhere, that's a strong signal. When they conflict, Google hedges and shows someone else.

Our system layers structured local schema, citation distribution, genuine review acquisition and geo-tagged content so every signal points the same way.

GPS local signals anchor your content to the real places you serve, which helps prove to Google that you actually work in those suburbs.

What goes into the system

Review acquisition

A steady flow of genuine customer reviews, gathered and responded to, because reviews are one of the strongest trust signals Google reads.

Citations and listings

Your business details distributed and cleaned up across directories so every listing agrees with every other one.

Entity consistency

One name, one address, one phone number, everywhere. Search engines and AI tools reward businesses whose details never contradict themselves.

Local schema markup

Structured data on your site that tells Google exactly what you do and where, in the format its systems read best.

GPS local signals

Content and metadata anchored to precise geographic coordinates, backing up your claim to serve specific suburbs.

E-E-A-T alignment

Every signal is built to follow Google's published E-E-A-T guidance on experience, expertise, authority and trust.

Built and tested in Queensland suburbs

We built this system from years of local SEO data and field testing in suburbs across QLD and NSW, run from our Glasshouse Mountains HQ.

Local trust is suburb by suburb. A plumber trusted in Caloundra still has to earn Maroochydore, so we build signals for each area you serve rather than one generic blanket.

We keep refining the system as Google and AI search change, so the signals we build for you stay current.

Questions we get asked

What is trust signalling in plain terms?

Trust signalling is making sure every place Google and AI tools check tells the same true story about your business: same details, real reviews, clear services and proof you work where you say you do. Google and AI tools recommend businesses they trust. When your name, address, phone number and services conflict across listings, Google hedges and shows someone else, so our system aligns those signals on purpose.

Is trust signalling safe under Google's rules?

Yes, trust signalling is safe and follows Google's rules. Everything in the system is built on signals Google has said it values: accurate listings, genuine reviews, structured data and real local relevance. Every signal is also built to follow Google's published E-E-A-T guidance on experience, expertise, authority and trust. There are no tricks that risk a penalty.

How long before I see movement?

How soon trust signalling shows movement varies with your starting point and competition. Messy listings mean more to clean up first, and a crowded market means more businesses chasing the same map pack spots, so no two clients move at the same pace. Local trust is also earned suburb by suburb, so we build signals for each area you serve rather than one generic blanket.

Does this help with AI search too?

The same work applies to Google's AI features. Google says there are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode, and that normal SEO practice still applies. For ChatGPT and similar tools, we take the same approach: accurate business details that match everywhere those tools can read them.
